If you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before it is shipped, please contact our customer service team or send us an email. Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Under what circumstances can I return/exchange an item?

All returned items must be new, unopened, and all seals intact.

Used, damaged or soiled items will not be returned and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning items for refund, credit or exchange, which will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

If the item sent by the customer is too expensive, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return time: within 30 days of receiving the item.
