Our estimated delivery date depends on a variety of factors, including the destination address, the shipping method you choose, and how quickly we assemble and prepare your order. You can calculate your estimated delivery time by taking the processing time of your order and adding the shipping time of the shipping method you choose.

For example, if you order one item, the processing time is 1-5 business days; if you choose standard shipping, the shipping time is 6-10 business days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your item within 7-15 business days. If you choose expedited shipping (5-9 business days), you can expect to receive your item within 6-12 business days. Expedited shipping is only available within the United States.

We are happy to offer international shipping services to most destinations around the world. Super Saver Option takes 10 to 15 business days, Expedited Shipping takes 5 to 10 business days, and processing time for each order is 3 to 5 business days. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance, bad weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, customs duties or VAT (additional taxes). However, some countries (especially European countries such as Germany, Italy, France and Spain) may require customs duties or VAT depending on the taxation regulations of your country. Shipping costs should be borne by you and include customs clearance fees to avoid being detained by customs.
